my brother can still surprise me with how stupid he is. he told me that it would be illegal for me to sell my magic cards because i didn’t obtain the right to sell them from wizards. wait, give me a minute, i need to go let the entire secondary market that they need to pack up shop and leave town because they are breaking the law. i tried explaining that the second i bought them from the store, i had full legal right to sell them but he ignorantly disagreed. he tried saying things like walmart has special contracts with wizards to sell magic and that i needed one if i wanted to sell. i then brought up things like only the carpenter that built the house being allowed to sell it and the factory that made a car is the only group that can sell it.
